Maximum Kingdom IMPACT!

Our vision is to train hundreds of established & emerging Christian leaders of all vocations to maximize their impact for Christ in their homes, churches, vocations, communities, and around the world.  We believe every follower of Christ is called to influence others and can enhance their leadership by continual learning & practical application.  This is accomplished through intentional learning processes guided by experienced leaders in community with others on the same journey.

What's so different about Maximum Kingdom IMPACT!?

We recognize that most leadership development resources (and programs) focus almost exclusively on skills.  While competency is important for the development of Christian leaders, it is not the first priority--one's grounding in Christ and personal character provide the foundation upon which any leadership skill must rest.  In fact, we describe leadership development in terms of an iceberg.  The visible (smaller) portion represents one's skills while the real substance is found below the surface.

Once the Christian leader understands the nature of Godly leadership and has a growing, active relationship with Christ, then he/she is ready to utilize personal leadership skills for Christ's glory.
