Mission 78:72

Our vision is to equip hundreds of pastors and church leaders around the world for the practical aspects of church leadership each year. We believe these leaders can cooperate with God by continually improving their skills while constantly seeking God and His guidance for their ministry. This is accomplished through experienced church leaders sharing practical principles and examples that are appropriate to their specific ministry context.

The Mission 78:72 ministry takes the following forms:

·  Pastor’s conferences in international settings;

·  Online and printed materials for continuing education; and

·  Onsite training for local church leaders.

·  Situation Analysis:  Identifying where we are and where we're going.

·  Values Discovery:  Determining who we are and who we want to be.

·  Ministry Context:  Understanding our unique situation.

·  Mission Development:  Discovering & articulating a unique mission.

·  Vision:  Envisioning God's preferred future for our church.

·  Strategy Development:  Pursuing our mission and vision, in detail.

·  Organizational Design:  Determining roles and relationships.

·  Implementation:  Taking action on timelines, order & contingencies.

·  Ministry Evaluation:  Remaining on course and making adjustments.

·  Leadership Evaluation:  Improving & maintaining accountablity.
